Processing time typically takes between 1-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed after the next 1-2 business days.
Although most orders arrive more quickly, please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive in case of unforeseen shipping delays. Delivery date estimates are not guaranteed. If your shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, your order will be delayed.
The order will ship from our main warehouse in Guandong Province, China, California, USA or Hainesport, USA.
NewBella partners with several carriers for shipping and does our best to provide our customers good shipping service and options, including Yunexpress,USPS,Yodal,La Poste, DHL, Poste Italiane. Carrier used for each shipment varies depending on the order and type of equipment ordered, shipping address, and shipping services required.

Before delivery, our carriers will contact you by email/phone call. You may ask them to deliver to certain address or change the address for free. Please keep an eye on your email/phone call and make sure the contact information is correct.
NewBella cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact your shipping provider or local post office. You can refer to your tracking information to determine which shipping provider to contact.
Please note: Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
HOW TO TRACK
After your package is dispatched, you will receive an confirmation email with a tracking number in it. To track your order, please click here. You can also log into your NewBella account to check on your order status at any time.
ABOUT TAXES
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Checkout page. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times and shipping costs.
Once your order arrives at its destination, you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes for the location that you’re shipping to. After you have placed your order, we’ll email you to seek your acceptance of these terms. For an estimate of taxes and duties on your purchase, please contact your local customs.
ORDER CANCELLATION/ MODIFICATION
Before shipping
Order Cancellation:No charge fee.
Replacements and exchanges: No charge fee.
Change of Address: No charge fee.
Once a package is on its way, we cannot change the delivery address. If you need to change the delivery location of your order, please contact us at support@shopnewbella.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
After shipping
Order Cancellation: If your payment is complete but the package has not been shipped, you can cancel your order before the item is delivered. We will refund your money in full. Once the package has been shipped, our customer service team will contact the shipping company to confirm whether the parcel can be intercepted, and if yes, we will cancel the order and refund it, otherwise we will negotiate with you for other processing methods, and a full refund will be issued if the customer needs.
Change of Address: If your parcel is not shipped, you can update/correct your address by contacting our customer service team. If your parcel is already shipped, we will contact the shipping company to confirm whether the address can be corrected, and if yes, we will correct the address, otherwise we will reship.
Replacements and exchanges: If you want to exchange the product, the customer service will resend the product that you need or suggest you to keep the product and negotiate a partical refund(up to a full refund). You do not need to pay additional fees. Please contact the customer service team via support@shopnewbella.com.
