If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may refund or exchange your unworn item(s) within 30 days of Delivery, with the original receipt and packaging. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.

About Return conditions:
After receiving the goods, if the product has quality problems, we are duty-bound to resend it for free.
If it’s a non-quality problem, the item is eligible for return or when it is unused and in the same condition as when it was received. Item(s) must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached and without any marks or signs of wear (ex. makeup marks, deodorant marks, etc.) .
If you purchase with coupon, we have the right not to refund the coupon you have used. Please use your coupons prudently.

About Return time limit:
At NEWBELLA, we stand behind our products. If you purchase a new product directly from NEWBELLA and are not entirely satisfied, you can return it for unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

About Return shipping cost:
If the return is by the consumer, the shipping cost must be borne by the consumer. Specific charges should be based on the carrier of your choice.
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer does not have to pay the shipping charges for this reason.
If the return is not related to quality issues, shipping cost will be undertaken by the customer. For example: the below conditions are not related to quality issues.
(1) Loose threads, raw edges, thickness, touch, and color difference in monitor display are not considered as quality issues;
(2) Returns due to dissatisfaction in style, color, and changes in personal reason are not considered as quality issues;
(3) Damages due to use, wash, care, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications, or other human factors are not considered as quality issues;
(4) Defective goods that have been clearly indicated at the time of purchase are not considered as quality issues and will not be accepted for returns
(5) Returns due to sizing issues are not considered as quality issues.

About Return&Refund process
Contact our Customer Service Team to apply return, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. If there is any quality issue, please provide related images of said item(s) accordingly.
You will receive a confirmation email including return instructions and return address from our Customer Service Team as soon as possible.
After receiving return instructions, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing and provide the related waybill number to our Customer Service Team once you shipped out the parcel.
NEWBELLA will take 2 business days to confirm your refund, and the refund amount may take 5-10 business days back to your account.

NOTE:
Please make sure to contact our customer service team first before you return the items. Any returned items without previous contact will not be accepted.

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them.
