We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We recommend trying the product on indoors in order to maintain their original condition as, unless you're sending them back because they are faulty, all products, including any extra laces provided, must be returned in their original condition unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.
Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation, and so those, and all packaging and labelling, must also be returned undamaged, along with the product(s).
When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing authorization.

How to Return & Exchange
Step 1: Please contact our customer service team (email:email@example.com) to start the return process with the following information:
Videos or photos of the faulty products
Step 2: Insert your receipt, along with the items, back into the original packaging.

Step 3: Turn package over to the courier, after the courier has checked the return shipment, please close the package securely.
If the return is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you; If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, ordered a wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the freight.
Please allow approximately 1-2 business days for return processing. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Since every product will be inspected by our Quality Control team, we believe there won't be any quality problems in principle. It is not eligible for replacement or refund, if the damage is caused by inappropriate operation during shipment, such as pulling, dragging, ripping, falling down.
For purchases with a coupon, we have the right not to refund the coupon you have used if the promotion ends.
