SHIPPING POLICY

• Processing time typically takes between 1-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed after the next 1-2 business days.
• The shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of placing your order. It may take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.
• We currently do not ship to every country across the world. If you can't find your country, please kindly  Contact Us.
• Last-mile delivery delays may occur during the holidays. Thank you for your understanding.

Note

• Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
• Shipping begins when you receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and order ID.
• Most orders are shipped within 2 business days after the payment is confirmed.
• For South Korea, please ensure that the PCC is provided. For Brazil, please ensure that the CPF is provided.

Customs Duties

• Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the shipping cost for international orders. Therefore, all customs or import duties will be charged to customers once the parcel reaches the country of destination.
• If customers refuse to accept the package due to import duties or other taxes, they will be fully responsible for all return shipping costs including customs fees and handling charges.
